He is proficient in both architectural and interior design, specializing in 3D design, space planning, and advanced rendering.
Mr. Fouad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (2016 – 2019) and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education (2013 – 2016). Additionally, he earned a Diploma in Building Information Modeling (BIM) from the National Council of Technology and Training in 2020.
His academic background provided a strong foundation in architectural principles, design theory, and practical application.
Mr. Fouad is proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino 3D, and Revit for design and modelling. He is skilled in 3D visualization using 3ds Max, Corona, Lumion, and D5 Render.
His expertise extends to project coordination and collaboration within BIM frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and execution of projects. He excels in functional and aesthetic space planning and is familiar with Grasshopper for parametric design, enhancing his computational design capabilities.
His recent notable projects include Coral Reef by DAMAC Properties in Dubai and King Salman Park, Integrated Arcades in Saudi Arabia.
