Aayushi Sharma serves as a Legal Advisor & Coordinator at GazMin International, supporting the company’s international project and advisory operations. She brings over nine years of professional experience across legal advisory, contract management, compliance, and dispute resolution, with exposure to litigation and arbitration matters in infrastructure, energy, mining, oil & gas, marine, aviation, and power sector projects across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and other international jurisdictions. She adopts a strategic approach to legal risk management, regulatory alignment, and governance, with active involvement in enabling informed decision-making across complex, multi-jurisdictional and cross-border project engagements.

Her role at Gazmin focuses on the legal structuring and execution of complex, multi-jurisdictional projects, encompassing the drafting and negotiation of commercial and project agreements, identification and mitigation of legal risk, and alignment of contractual frameworks with business and project objectives. She also supports project finance and investment documentation and works closely with financial institutions, government authorities, multinational counterparties, and external legal advisers to ensure compliant and commercially sound project delivery.

She holds academic qualifications from India, including a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Laws and is a qualified Company Secretary (Executive Programme), enabling a balanced commercial and legal perspective in complex project environments. Aayushi is fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Spanish and Arabic.
